A MetalCloak gas tank skid and Barnes frame stiffeners further fortify the chassis.

Suspension duties are handled by an 8.5-inch Rusty’s long-arm radius lift system paired with MetalCloak shocks, delivering substantial articulation and trail control. An Antirock sway bar improves flex while maintaining stability. Apex quick valve stems simplify tire pressure adjustments on the trail.

Armor and recovery equipment are substantial. JCR front and rear bumpers, interior shelving system, and rear tire carrier provide both protection and storage efficiency. A Warn winch is mounted up front for reliable self-recovery. Rock lights enhance nighttime visibility on the trail.

Overland functionality is equally impressive. A Dometic fridge mounted on a slide system provides onboard refrigeration. Dual batteries have been relocated for optimized weight distribution and accessibility. A 12-panel Switch-Pros system manages accessories cleanly and efficiently. A Premier welder mounted under the hood adds serious backcountry self-sufficiency. All Jeep factory brake hoses are retained for reliability.
